lyrics

Some play to the youth all those empty aspirants, they used to be scholars now pawns for the tyrants. Now that we’re fucked we might as well get our beers in.

'Cause ignorant parents breed ignorant children, it's not every time but it’s basically given the rest of their lives they are doomed to playing the fool.

They hollowed them the most that they should and then poured in all that they could. They kept sensory perception, some cognitive functions, reprogrammed us all to feel good. (I feel good)

The American dream is a pyramid scheme. We know, we know. but we don’t care.

Come in close now children, I'll tell you about a time when every second, every moment of your life wasn't-

Put on display in some sleek mobile website, people were more than a book full of faces, our lives weren't sold as stock commodities. Now who are we at war with? Ourselves or the public? Crusading through centuries, divide them and conquer, it’s all just a show full of drama and low self esteem.

But they’ve all got to fund this new war or our freedom means nothing no more. They kept sensory perception, some cognitive functions, they’d scare us into it if they could. (and they can)

The American dream is a pyramid scheme. We know, we know, but we don’t care.
